PEAK Engineering & Automation Co. is located in Loveland Colorado. We are a custom design and fabrication company with the ability to turn your concepts and ideas into practical working projects or simply help you upgrade your current manufacturing process.

Our machine shop houses CNC mills, a manual mill, CNC lathes and a manual lathe, sheet metal shear and brake as well as injection molding equipment to offer you a full range of capabilities. We can powder coat in house up to 10' long. All of our design and drafting work utilizes AutoCAD and Solid Works. We use MasterCam software to convert CAD models directly into tool paths for our CNC machines. All of these capabilities allow us to control the time schedule for custom automation jobs or produce job shop machining orders in house.

Our specialty work includes automation for manufacturing processes with extensive experience in medical device part and process design, materials handling systems, product assembly fixtures and food packaging systems. We also perform prototyping, custom product design and fabrication. From simple brackets and drafting to complex machines such as custom robots and automated systems, PEAK can produce what you are looking for. We have designed and installed custom welding equipment that might be very applicable to your manufacturing line.

All of our projects are assigned to an individual engineer who will manage a team to analyze, design, build, program and install the system. Custom equipment comes with full documentation to include assembly drawings, pneumatic and electrical layouts, hard and soft copies of any custom software as well as training for technicians and operators. This method gives the engineer total control of the project and allow him to react to issues immediately. In addition to customer approval, each project is reviewed internally, and open communication accommodates flexibility and enhancement of designs.
